The 35kV high-voltage post insulator (High Voltage Post Insulator) is a type of high-voltage insulating component used to support the live conductor and reliably insulate it from the grounded metal structure. It possesses excellent insulation performance, as well as high bending strength and impact resistance.
Key Features
The Wenzhou Best Ultra-High Voltage Composite Pillar Insulator is made through a single-step epoxy vacuum casting process. The insulator body made of epoxy resin has extremely high dielectric strength, which can isolate high-voltage conductors, metal frames and electrical equipment enclosures. This enables the current to be transmitted directly along the conductors without passing through the insulator, preventing current leakage, grounding short circuits, inter-phase flashovers, arc accidents, and ensuring that the power equipment can maintain sufficient insulation performance even in rainy, humid, and contaminated environments.
The large and numerous rain skirt structure design can increase the creepage distance by 4 to 5 times, thereby reducing the risk of pollution flashover.
No special maintenance is required. Just regularly remove the surface dirt, which significantly reduces the maintenance cost.
Currently, the specifications of the composite insulators we produce are Φ130 diameter and Φ145 diameter. The specific heights corresponding to these diameters can be found in the following drawing.
