Product Introduction
An off-circuit tap changer, also known as a de-energized tap changer, allows users to select different transformer winding taps to adjust the voltage ratio. The transformer must be completely de-energized before operating the tap changer. It is not designed for voltage adjustment while the transformer is energized or carrying load.
