Coil Winding
The coil constitutes the core component of a current transformer, and the quality of its winding directly determines the transformer's accuracy and reliability. During the coil winding process, appropriate wire gauges and winding techniques must be selected in accordance with design specifications to ensure that parameters-such as the number of turns, layers, and wire diameter-meet the required standards. Insulation Treatment
Insulation treatment represents a critical stage in the current transformer manufacturing process. To guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the transformer, comprehensive insulation treatment is mandatory. This involves establishing adequate insulating layers between the coil and the core, between adjacent coils, and between the coil and the outer casing, as well as applying insulating varnish to further enhance dielectric properties. Furthermore, insulation resistance tests and withstand voltage tests are conducted to verify that the transformer's insulation performance complies with established standards.

 

Assembly and Testing
Upon the completion of coil winding and insulation treatment, the subsequent step is the assembly process. This entails procedures such as mounting the coil onto the core, securing fasteners, and connecting terminal blocks. During assembly, it is essential to ensure the precise positioning of all components and the reliability of all connections, thereby preventing any instances of looseness or misalignment. Once assembly is complete, the current transformer undergoes a comprehensive series of performance tests-including accuracy tests, stability tests, and temperature rise tests-to verify that its operational performance fully satisfies the specified design requirements.
